Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Orders placed during promotions or peak seasons may experience slight delays.

Shipping Time:

- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your selected method at

- Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 2-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Confirmation:

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products (hair oils, body butters, etc.), we do not accept damage or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (support email) 

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.

- A replacement will be issued or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Refund Policy:

- Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective products.

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Due to hygiene and safety, all cosmetic goods are final sale.

- This includes (but is not limited to) opened or used hair oils, body oils, and body butters.
